Lemon ricotta pancakes with lemon curd and fresh blackberry syrup (and organic maple syrup on the side too). Wow...I actually thought these were better than the regular ricotta pancakes from Rockridge Cafe, although I did love those plain ones. I only liked these better because they were thicker and had actual bits of visible ricotta cheese, making its texture kind of eggy. The only complaint I have was that I was dying for something salty after eating these. They weren't that sweet (especially with the tart lemon flavor), but they weren't salty at all, and I'm used to eating breakfasts with both sweet and salty foods. Guess I'm spoiled. Anyway, I had to try these because they sounded to interesting, and I'm glad I did. I'd go back to try their other things! Julie liked her omlette, and Seumsack liked his chicken (or whatever) scrambler thing.
