Okra

For those of you who aren't familiar with okra:


It's pretty weird...so I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of you hate it. It's hairy, slimy, and nothing like any other vegetable I know of. I'm sure you're really eager to try it now if you haven't already. lol

I just stir-fried this in olive oil with a few spices and a TINY bit of soy sauce.
