Crixa Cakes: Boston Cream Pie

*N0...I haven't gone a fourth time; I just forgot to add this to my krendel post. This is Alex & Sam's mini Boston cream pie. Surprisingly soft on the inside (when you stick a fork in it, it sinks down). SO GOOD! Here's the online description: "Tender chiffon cake with creamy vanilla custard, covered with dark chocolate ganache. Individually sized." <--Um...I think it's a bit big for an individual!
