If only Americans would cut down to these portion sizes! (I think everyone was still hungry after this lunch):

This was one of the food platters at the conference we church people attended, which was all in Japanese, and, therefore, incomprehensible to most of us (all I remember was "arigato gozaimashita!"). Hmm...actually, this picture looks more like American food...all fried and stuff.
