My dad gets stuff like this from his customers all of the time. They used to be just chocolate-covered raisins, nuts, and cherries, but lately they've been getting more interesting. The center is hard like a cookie. It was good, but not amazing, and I wouldn't go out of my way to get them somewhere. Just thought it was interesting that they now make "shortbread" into little candy bite things.
