Cheri's mix and pumpkin butter. Strong gingery taste. Good w/ pumpkin butter. Easy to make. Experimented by using applesauce instead of oil and silky tofu instead of an egg. Couldn't tell the difference. Yum...but I could see how people would think it's too strong.

Anna's Ginger Thins & Chocolate Mint Thins
These are pretty good--but dangerous because you will want to eat a lot 'cause of their smallness/thinness. I've decided this year that I really like ginger cookies/bread/whatever. Just NOT ginger by itself or in savory things. Nasty.
